It's a 1999 Ford Bantam!
Ford Bantam from South Africa, UK registered in 2001, it's running a 1.3 petrol engine and 5 speed manual gearbox.
It's got 79k miles on the clock and MOT until October 2027!
The Ford Bantam pickup was originally based on the MK3 Escort but by this age it's only really the rear end that resembles and Escort with the front end and running gear based on the Mazda 323.
This pickup has recently undergone some recommissioning and has been welded from arse to elbow and back again as well as a service, brakes and clutch master and slave cylinder renewal. It's far from perfect but is in good usable condition and is certainly a rarity on UK roads with the earlier Escort based Bantams being more commonly spotted.
It's got a removal fibreglass canopy, rear load cover and mat. Load bed is in decent condition.
Interior features a bench seat and orange dials on the instrument cluster. It's sitting on some TSW alloys for the early 2000's boy racer look!
